An "American Girl" Experience
During our California vacation, Rebecca got to go to the Los Angeles "American Girl" store. It was quite a place. Rebecca and her doll "Emily" got to have their pictures taken, their hair done, and enjoyed a fun lunch at the store.
We (Larry and Jelka) have been married for 9 years and we have a beautiful 6 year old daughter, Rebecca. Larry is a career Army officer and Jelka is a proud stay at home mom. Larry is originally from Indiana and Jelka is from Slovenia. We love being an Army family and traveling the world together.
Family activities - road trips, board games, making desserts, going on walks and bike rides, laughing together
Rebecca's favorites - reading stories with Mom and Dad, dance lessons, rollercoasters (just not too big), playing in the sprinklers, being with friends
Larry's favorites - Indiana Hoosiers basketball, Indianapolis 500, musical theater (Les Mis is the best), popcorn, sleeping-in
Jelka's favorites - reading Jane Austin, Sudoku, girl's night with Rebecca, chocolate ice cream, fresh veggies
Our favorite place - Europe, great to see Jelka's family in Slovenia. Also, London was a blast! Want to see more of the UK in the future

Awesome! I am sure Rebecca loved it.
How fun! I am so excited to someday take our kids to California and go to all the fun parks. It looks you had a wonderful time!
The American girl magazine cover is sooo cute! That looks really fun! I could live on the beach.
